Lt. Gen. Fabrizio Parrulli
Lt. Gen. Fabrizio Parrulli started his military career at the age of 16 when he joined the Military School of “Nunziatella” in Naples, Italy. He attended the Military Academy of Modena and he completed his studies at the Carabinieri Commissioned Officers School, in Rome. He has a degree in Law from the University of Parma and a degree in International and Diplomatic Studies from the University of Trieste. He got a Master in International Strategic – Military Studies at the University of Milan jointly with the High Defence Study Centre. Among many other prestigious positions, Lt. Gen. Parrulli has been commander of the Gendarmerie Training Department within the NATO Training Mission in Iraq; Chairman of the Police Working Group within the anti Daesh Coalition Stabilization Working Group and Project Officer for the Italian initiative “Unite4Heritage” within UNESCO (the initiative for creation of “Blue Helmets” for culture), and commander of the Carabinieri Command for the Protection of Cultural Heritage.
