Stockton Clemons

Stockton Clemons is a business executive and attorney with nearly two decades of strategic leadership in highly complex and rapidly evolving industries. Since 2017, Mr. Clemons has served as President of Mediserv Medical Information Services, Ltd., a leading healthcare services company serving frontline physicians and nurses across the country. Mr. Clemons first joined Mediserv as its General Counsel in 2010. Prior to that, Mr. Clemons practiced corporate and securities law at Cantey Hanger LLP where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, board governance and SEC matters. Mr. Clemons received his B.A. in English from the University of Texas at Austin, his J.D. from the University of Houston and his M.B.A. from Texas Christian University.
